Still searching for his maiden competitive victory as head coach of the Uganda Cranes, Sebastien Desabre has turned to the youth as potential saviours of his job.
In the process, he has dropped foreign based forwards Kizito Luwagga and Yunus Sentamu for KCCA exciting youngsters Allan Okello and Julius Poloto.
Mustafa Kizza and Mustafa Mujuzi have also been promoted from the U20s.
Bright stars striker Nelson Senkatuka and Bernard Muwanga have also bounced back in Desabre’s plans, after failing to make the grade for the previous match against Tanzania.

The team will begin preparations on the 5th of October with non residential training for the locally based players before Desabre names the final squad on the 7th of October 2018.
Uganda will host Lesotho on the 13th of October at Mandela National Stadium in their 2nd home game of group L.
The Cranes top group L with 4 points, followed by Cape Verde, Tanzania, Cape and Lesotho.
