Odur foundation extends a helping hand to Good News FC

Odur Foundation has given back to Jinja based fourth division club Good News FC ahead of the new season.

The club has been boosted with equipment worth ten million Uganda Shillings which includes a home and away kit, warm up kit plus balls.

The foundation will also help in footing the club’s match day budget until the end of the season.

Eria Gemye the Good News FC CEO appreciated the support and help from the foundation and promised to put it to appropriate use.

“We look forward to doing a lot more in our community with Odur Foundation.”

Gemye added.

Handing over the equipment on behalf of Odur Foundation, Matiya Oporya the head of sports at Odur Foundation highlighted their partnership with Good News FC,

“We have closely followed Good News FC and believe this partnership will greatly help the community in going forward.”

“This campaign will target both boys and girls hence leaving a legacy.” Oprya added

Good News FC was established in 2015 with a vision of using sports in extending the gospel and help in changing the lives of the young people in the community.
