Things are not going on well for Maroons and head coach George Best Nsimbe will need divine intervention if he is to save his job.

The Luzira based side are still winless this season under Nsimbe’s stewardship.

They have lost four and drawn once in their five previous fixtures this season. In their last fixture, they suffered a 2-1 defeat at home to BUL FC.

Police has managed to scoop two wins, drawn five and lost once to Maroons in the previous eight league meetings between them.

Nsimbe’s coached side will miss the services of Ronald Orombi and Seif Batte through injury, Goalkeeper Eric Dhaira has fully recovered and he is fit to take part in the contest.

The trio of Ronald Nyanzi, Ben Ocen, Ruben Kimera will be expected to gun down the prison side while Pius Obuya, Herman Wasswa and Brian Majwega will have to be at their ultimate best to guide Maroons to their first win.

Maroons will need an extra gear if they are to avoid being stuck in the relegation conundrum this season and have to be at their best to pick maximum points against a rejuvenated Police side.
