No time for Oilers to mourn over Warriors loss as the take on UPDF

The Oilers take on Warriors in the first round

Having struggled to win against KIU Titans in a game that was 51:51 in the fourth quarter 5:28 seconds, but somehow Oilers managing to link a win at 64-61,next game was Pemba Warriors.

Oilers were dominated in all 4 quarters not letting them into lead of any of the 4 periods losing the game 54-57.

Pemba Warriors led 16-7, 33-23, 44-40 and 57-54 in all four quarters respectively hence having their revenge over the first round result against Oilers hence condemning them to their first loss since winning the Zone V Championship.

Stephen Omony a long side Warriors’ Micheal Buzangu ran the show scoring the highest points of the the game, 16 each while Omony went on making the highest number of assists of the game, 6.

Oilers who have a tight week, will now turn their focus on Wednesday game against UPDF Tomahawks a team they defeated 77-51 in first round, a game that saw Okello James and Stephen Omony score 17 and 13 points respectively.
