MYDA host BUL in bid to keep survival hopes alive

After a 25 days break, the Uganda Premier League will. resume tomorrow with relegation candidates MYDA hosting BUL at King George IV Memorial Stadium in Tororo.

MYDA is 15th on the table with only 14 points from 26 games and failure to win this tie will see them confirm relegation.

BUL will target improving on their league position. They are cured 11th with only 30 points

Alex Isabirye BUL’s head coach expects a hard game from their opponents but vows to fight for victory,

“Despite our opponents being in the drop zone, they score goals so we are expecting a hard tie tomorrow.”

“Usually players in teams which are fighting relegation are hard to overcome since players always play their hearts out as they always focus on getting better offers.”

Isabirye added.

Peter Mutebi, Martin Mande, Dickson Outta and Ibrahim Nsimbe are doubtful due to injury while Isaac Osikol returns after missing out against Wakiso Giants.

They will look to Paul Musamali, Eric Mutebi and Faisal Muledhu for victory.

The visiting team welcomes back Walter Ochora and Joseph Ssemujju who missed out some games.

Simon Peter Oketch, Richard Wandyaka, Kenneth Ssemakula and Musa Esenu are expected to inspire Isabirye’s charges to victory.
