He says,

“We shall take the tournament seriously as the games we play on the continent. Whether it is a friendly or Practice match the element of winning or taking everything serious and thinking big has to always be there.”

“I have 27 players and I will select from those to represent the club, I don’t have the first team and second team, all my players are almost on the same level.”

Mutebi believes that their opponents should not be underestimated since almost Ugandan players are on the same level and pointed out clubs like Wakiso Giants and Nyamityobora that they have experienced players than KCCA FC

“We did not call weak teams and no team is weak and when you look at players from Wakiso Giants they have been competing in Ugandan topflight division for years.”

The same applies to Nyamityobora they also have players who have always been there and so they are a strong side.”

Proline is good at building it’s players but they have also been there for almost five years.”

“Their is no difference between the clubs since Ugandan players are the same maybe the difference is we are KCCA FC.”
