Uganda Cranes left back Mustafa Kizza has officially left Major League Soccer side CF Montreal after close to two years.
Kizza is among the seven players that have been given a greenlight to play elsewhere as the club looks forward to the new season.
Kizza joined Montreal from KCCA on a three year contract last year and played his under former Arsenal legend Thierry Henry who was the coach by then.

The club revealed that they use Kizza alongside goalkeeper Sebastian Breza, defender Aljaz “Kiki” Struna, midfielders Jean-Yves Ballou Tabla, Clément Bayiha, Tomas Giraldo and Emanuel Maciel ahead of the season that starts in February next year.
Kizza had a perfect start to the 2021 season but seemingly fell in pecking order.
He leaves the club after playing in 18 MLS games for Montreal this season. He registered two assists against and won the Canadian Championship last month.
