The uncertainty hovering around the future of Hudu Mulikyi at URA finally came to an end when the former Maroons utility player signed a three year contract extension.

Mulikyi had one year left on his contract but will now stay at URA FC until July 2024 unless otherwise.

“I am happy to extend my stay at this club. The club is trying to move forward and it has helped me improve my football each season I represent it and without thinking twice I have decided to stay.”

“We conceded the least goals last season in the StarTimes premier League and hopefully it’s not late for us for emulate our defensive record last season.” The versatile player said via www.urafc.co.ug

Mulikyi has been a mainstay in Sam Ssimbwa’s selection and was one of the best performers at the club last season.

He was deployed in the central defense and as a makeshift right back as URA conceded only 13 goals from the 30 games played last season.

Mulikyi joined the tax collectors in 2016 from Maroons FC.
