Julius Mutyaba has reached an agreement with URA FC to extend his commitment with the club for a 2 year deal that will see his at the tax collectors till 2020.
Mutyaba joined URA FC from Lweza FC on a two year contract at the start of the 2016/17 season but he has struggled for playing time since.
He is a versatile player who can play both in defence and midfield, Mutyaba is also a former Express FC player.
Robert Mukongotya has also returned to URA FC after his 6 months loan with newly promoted topflight side Nyamityobora came to an end.
The 4 time league champions who finished 9th last season have so far had a busy transfer window and have already captured signatures of close to 10 players.
Mutyaba’s contract renewal and Mukongotya’s return means that both player will have to fight for starting slots with the new recruits in Sam Ssimbwa’s eleven
The new recruits already acquired are, Ronald Musana ( Proline), Robert Omunuk, Abdallah Nyanzi ( Soana), Benjamin Nyakojo ( Vipers ), Yeseri Waibi ( Mbarara City), Allan Mugalu ( Kyetume FC and Joachim Mujera.
