Proline’s battle for survival was dealt by a huge blow when they failed to hold on to their lead against fellow relegation fighting Masavu.

They failed to hold on to Gift Ali’s early strike and they were made to pay when Arthur Semazzi struck late to level matters for Masavu.

Head coach Mujib Kasule has however expressed his disappointment at Ali Sibira’s decision to allow an offside goal stand which cost them of their first win in 9 matches.

Kasule said,

“We came here for 3 points and worked very hard getting an early goal because of the strategies laid but we were very unlucky to concede a goal which was in my opinion offside”.

“It was a good performance from my side and I am happy that we managed to score a goal after 9 games without any.

“If we continue with this commitment and performances like this one, the ball is in our hands and we stand a chance of survival “.

Proline FC currently lies 15th on log of sixteen with 20 points will face off with Police FC in their next fixture on Friday 20th 2018 at Startimes Stadium Lugogo.
