Mbarara City midfielder Paul Mucurezi scooped the Pilsner player of the month of November accolade. The former KCCA FC player beat Timothy Awanyi and Police’s Juma Balinya.
Mucurezi who had three assists and two vital goals in the month is delighted that he was considered for the accolade.
“I am humbled to have been awarded as the player of the month of November. I feel proud and I thank the sponsors for considering me as the victor.”
This will help me fight for more awards and also help my club Mbarara City this season.”
Mucurezi received one million shillings from Pilsner and on the same function at his head coach Livingston Mbabazi was named as the coach of the month of November. Mbabazi beat Police FC’s Abdullah Mubiru. He also walked way with one million.
