Midfielder Zirintusa signs for Busoga United

Busoga United have confirmed former Cranes midfielder Boban Bogere Zirintusa as their 14th signing.

The attacking midfielder has put pen to paper on a one year with the Abbey Bogere Kikomeko coached side.

Zirintusa has previously turned out for SC Villa, Bunamwaya (Vipers) in Uganda, Simba SC, Mtibwa Sugar, Polokwane City in South Africa.

He also played for Zimbabwe’s Power Dynamos and Highfield FC, Buildcon of Zambia, Ethiopia Coffee (Bunna) before joining Mohun Bagan in India.

Zirintusa joins new recruits in Benson Wagima, Rodgers Omedwa, Ashraf Batwawula, Musa Magumba, Paul Ssekulima, Ali Kimera, Ivan Wani, Shafik Kakeeto, Sula Wambede, Franco Balaba Magero, Joseph Ssemwogerere, Hakim Magombe and Ibrahim Mugulusi.

Busoga United will play against defending champions KCCA in their second league game slated for Tuesday in Njeru.
