During his first stint at the club, Kyeyune played only two games and scored a winning goal against Onduparaka at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru.
Kyeyune was training with the club in the course of last season.
He comes at the time when Bright Stars have lost three of the players from the squad that competed last season.
Goalkeeper Godwin Buule Kiwanuka had his contract expire, winger Joseph Akandwanaho joined Express while striker Sam Ssekamatte Kayongo joined new league entrants Arua Hill SC.
Soltilo Bright Stars finished fifth on the UPL table with 42 points from 27 games played as the league was abruptly ended.
