The Football Association of Zambia has mutually part ways with head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic.
“FAZ can confirm that it has reached a mutual separation agreement with its senior Men’s National Team coach Milutin Sredojevic.”
“After a meeting between FAZ and the coach, it was agreed that in the interest of progress for both parties they had to separate. ”
Said FAZ General Secretary Adrian Kashala.
The former Uganda Cranes and SC Villa coach also thanked the Zambian Federation for their amazing support
“I am grateful to the Zambian people, coaches, officials and the fans who supported me in various ways during my stay.” I will use the experience with the Chipolopolo in my career and would like to wish all the best to Zambia.”
The Football Association of Zambia is expected to announce Micho’s replacement in the next days.
The Serbian has previously managed at FK Palić, FK Spartak Subotica, Yugoslavia U20, FK Hajduk Kula, Villa SC, Saint-George SA, Orlando Pirates, Young Africans FC, Saint-George SA, Al-Hilal Omdurman, Rwanda, Uganda, Orlando Pirates, Zamalek before managing Zambia National team.
