The club is in search of a new coach since Monday when Brandon Truter was sacked and his entire backroom staff following a streak of unconvincing results.
Micho has a running three year contract as the Uganda Cranes coach after being appointed in July this year.
The 52 year old Serbian has previously managed Orlando Pirates in South Africa on two previous occasions.
Former Kaizer Chiefs legend Fani Madida and Gavin Hunt are also linked to the vacant job.
Swallows FC currently sit bottom of the DStv Premiership with eight points accumulated from 12 games.
