Mbalangu confirmed as Arua Hill Sports Club head coach

Big League side Arua Hill Sports club has officially confirmed Hussein Mbalangu as their new head coach.

The CAF “A” licensed tactician will officially be unveiled by the Arua outfit on Monday 28th September at Heritage Courts in Arua.

The former SC Villa forward has previously served at The Saints FC, SC Villa and at Somalia side Mogadishu City Club where he won two titles, one Somalia Super Cup.
He is also the head coach for Kyagwe Ssaza Football team.

Mbalangu will be assisted by former Express FC U17 head coach Joseph Kiwanuka who holders a CAF B license.

Last week, Arua Hill Sports club unveiled their five year strategic plan with a primary target of attaining topflight football in 2023.

The club management also confirmed the construction of a 20,000 capacity Barifa Stadium.

Formerly known as Dove All Stars, the club finished sixth in Elgon Group of the 2019/20 FUFA Big League season.

They have also beefed up their squad with experienced players such as left back Dan Birikwalira and Alfred Leku.
