Proline will host Bright Stars at Startimes Stadium Lugogo tomorrow.
Mujib Kasule’s side come into this fixture at the back of a 2-1 victory over KCCA thanks to a Daniel Isiagi brace while Bright Stars settled for a 1-1 draw at home with relegation threatened Masavu in the previous game with a late strike from Nelson Ssenkatuuka .
Last season both league meetings between the two sides ended in stalemates, at Lugogo it was 2-2 and in Mwererwe 1-1.
Proline has won 4, lost twice out of the 6 games hosted at home this season, the loses were against sides in the drop zone that is Express and Masavu.
Proline duo of Noordin Bunjo and Joshua Okiror has returned to full training but will have to undergo a late fitness test ahead of the game tomorrow while Bright Stars have no injury concerns ahead of this game.
Nelson Ssenkatuka who has 6 goals on his name will be facing his former side and is expected to lift up Fred Kajoba’s side.
Meanwhile, Proline is to rely on club top scorer with 4 goals Daniel Isiagi whose impressive performance against KCCA Fc in the previous game.
Bright Stars head coach Fred Kajoba expects his side to react positively from the 1-1 stalemate with Masavu;
“We are ready for the game tomorrow against Proline, i know they have good players and coaches but we are ready.
We didn’t play well against Masavu but we have improved and i think we shall get three points tomorrow.”
Kajoba also calls for concentration from his strikers tomorrow,
“We need our strikers like Nelson Ssenkatuka to concentrate and score goals to help us win the game.”
Bright Stars currently lies 5th on the log with 18 points whereas their opponents Proline are 10th on the Azam Uganda premier league table with 14 points.
