Bright stars head coach Fred Kajoba returns to the dugout after serving his four match suspension. Kajoba was guilty of assaulting center referee Denis Batte on the opening day of the 2017/18 following their 0-0 draw against Vipers SC.
KCCA are in fine form after managing to win their previous game against BUL FC in Jinja with a resounding 3-1 victory.
They remain the only unbeaten team in the league this term and they currently lie 4th on the log with 9 points just one behind leaders Police FC.
Bright stars have always been a good customer for KCCA FC having gifted them with 6 points last season with a 2-1 identical score both home and away.
KCCA has won 6 of the past 7 meetings with Bright stars only managing a draw. It’s against this background that KCCA manager Mike Mutebi draws confidence that his team will emerge on top of this one.
“The team is in the right mood, confidence is high and we should be able to build on that to register victory ” . He told www.kccafc.co.ug.
Midfielder Saddam Juma is expected to make his league debut tomorrow ever since he joined from Express FC.
“Juma’s return is a boost for the team especially in the midfield together with Muleme who I think will add a lot to the side.” Confirmed Mutebi.
Bright stars’ Fred Kajoba is also positive that his team will recover from their shock loss at home to Maroons FC and he is optimistic that his return will be of a psychological boost to his team.
Kajoba told the club’s official website that,
“It is a timely return on my side for such a crucial match, I have prepared my boys and they are ready for the encounter. We are hoping for positive results against the defending champions”
Bright Stars will expect Nelson Senkatuka to be at his best to inspire them against a club that he represented in the 2015/16 season before switching to Proline Fc last year.
