There are no injury concerns in the UPDF camp with all players declared fit and eligible to feature in today’s duel. Basena’s men come into today’s game fresh from the East Africa Military games which has been the army side’s pre season preparations.

This will be UPDF’s first match since reincarnating from last season’s identity of The Saints. Head coach Moses Basena and midfielder Kibirige Jimmy Lule are facing their former pay masters.

URA coach Ibrahim Kirya will rely on the club’s top scorer last season Shafik Kagimu. The visitors will bank on veteran striker Godfrey Wakaza for goals who was also their top scorer the previous campaign.

When the two sides met last season, the tax collectors won 2-0 on the two occasions, Peter Lwasa and Bokota Labama winning it in Bombo while Kagimu and Fred Okot scored in Lugazi.
