Onduparaka visit a Vipers side that has only lost once at home ( 2-1 loss to URA) drawn 3 and managed 4 wins on their turf. Onduparaka are however poor visitors having lost 4 out of the 8 games on the road.

Speaking ahead of the match, Vipers’ Miguel Da Costa urged his players to continue focusing on the task in front of them, which is winning matches and challenge for the championship. He said,

” It’s going to be a tough match against a team which are also challenging for the championship, we have to give everything so that we ensure a winning streak.”

“We are playing at home in front of our fans , we have to play our football and continue with our journey”.

Mousa Mbayi, Baden Ogama Mujahid and Dan Birikwalira are still out injured.

Onduparaka will only miss Ceases Okhuti who suspended for accumulation of yellow cards, Rashid Toha is ruled out for the rest of the season. The rest of the squad are available for selection.

A win for Vipers will see them leapfrog KCCA to second place whereas Onduparaka will move to level on points with Vipers but due to an inferior goal difference, they can’t move places.
