MASAZA CUP : Kyaggwe releases proposed budget for 2020 tourney

The management of Kyaggwe Ssaza football has released a proposed budget of Shs 400m that will cater for the team during this year’s Masaza Cup competition.

The development was confirmed by the second Deputy Katikkiro and Minister of Finance Buganda Kingdom Prime Minister Owek.Robert Waggwa Nsibirwa who serves as the Ambassador of the team.

We have released a proposed budget that will cater for the team during this year’s Masaza Cup competition. I therefore urge all Kyaggwe faithfuls to come and support the team in various aspects as we aim for glory this year.”

For starters, the Management of Kyaggwe Ssaza football team (Bukunja Warriors) appointed former Uganda Cranes and Sports Club Villa striker Hussein Mbalangu as head coach.

He will be deputized by former KCCA FC and Proline defender Saka Mpiima who was the head coach at Mawokota Ssaza team last year.

During the previous edition, Kyaggwe lost to eventual tournament winners Bulemeezi at the quarterfinal stage.

Kyaggwe have never won the competition that was Rejuvenated in 2004.
This year’s event is slated to kick off in June.
