MASAZA CUP 2018: Denis Kizito “Denol” appointed Mawokota assistant coach

2005 and 3 time Masaza cup champions Mawokota have appointed Denis Kizito and Sadiq Ssempaka formerly of Kkooki.

Kizito who resigned from his job as Buvuma FC last June alongside Farouk Kigongo will start work with immediate effect.

He is a former winner of the competition as a player with Mawokota in 2005, he also played for Bunamwaya FC and Victors FC in the Uganda premier league from where he joined the Vipers’ coaching team 2014/15 league championship.

Confirming the news, a delighted Kizito said,

“I am grateful for this opportunity presented to me, I hope to build on my previous experience to deliver the goods for Mawokota.”

” I also send my sincere gratitude to Dr Lawrence Mulindwa who has always supported me through out my coaching career, I hope to work hard with the team for the betterment of Mawokota. “.

He added.

Mawokota are in group D of the 2018 edition of Masaza cup alongside Busiro, Busujju, Buvuma and Buluuri

Masaza Cup will kick off on June 23rd 2018 at Kabulasoke with Gomba hosting Buwekula.
