Martinez names 18 man squad traveling to Sudan

Vipers SC tactician Javier Martinez Espinoza has named an 18 man squad traveling to Sudan for the CAF Champions league preliminary round first leg contest against Al Merrikh on Wednesday 28th November, 2018 in Khartoum.

The Vipers contingent will depart for Sudan in the wee hours of Tuesday aboard Ethiopian Airlines.

First choice custodian Fabien Mutombora miss out through injury while left back Aggrey Madoi also missed out on the traveling squad.

This will be the second time that Vipers SC is representing Uganda in the CAF Champions league while their opponents El Merrikh are taking part for a 20th time. The return leg is slated for 5th December at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
