In a bid to bolster their squad for the coming season, Hoima based side Kitara FC are in final talks with SC Villa striker George Senkaaba.
Senkaaba has been heavily linked with a move to reunite with his former coach Wasswa Bbosa at Soana but he is set to ditch the move to the premier league side for Kitara FC.
Senkaaba is expected to boost Sam Kawalya’s coached team as they aim at gaining promotion to the Uganda Premier League having narrowly missed on qualification courtesy of penalty shootouts against Paidha Black Angels.
Senkaaba joined SC Villa at the start of 2017/18 season from Kirinya JSS after his tremendously scoring 5 goals in second and 3 goals for The Saints in first round. He scored 4 league goals for the 16 time champions last season.

He is set to join new recruits at Kitara who include former SC Villa teammates John Adriko and Dudu Ramathan, veteran Musa Docca from Nyamityobora and Jackson Oketch from Butiaba Red Scorpions.
Senkaaba has previously played for Kireka United, Express FC, The Saints, Kirinya Jinja SS before joining SC Villa.
Kitara FC have recently announced the appointment of former Cranes and Express FC goalkeeper Sam Kawalya as their new head coach.
