Kitara FC booked a berth in the FUFA Big League promotion playoff final after beating Kataka FC 7-6 on penalties in the first semi final at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.
Following a goalless draw in full-time, both sides headed for a shoot out to decide who progress to the final stage of qualification.

Kitara FC goalkeeper Jamil Kiyimba saved two penalties of Yusuf Enzama and Peter Lusimbula.
Second half substitute Peter Lomoro was the only Kitara player who saw his penalty saved by Edward Kasibante the Kataka FC goalkeeper.
Phillip Ssempira, Samuel Adibo, Patrick Mugume, Musa Docca and Dennis Monday scored their penalties for Kitara FC.
Emmanuel Mukisa, Joel Onziku, Hassan Wambedde, Moses Ssenkasana, Nandala Nassur and Tifu Kahindi scored for Kataka.
Mark Twinamatsiko and his Kitara charges will face the winner between Ndejje University and Kiboga Young on Wednesday.
