In the wake of their embarrassing 2-0 defeat at the hands of Police FC, head coach Kefa Kisala has asked the club’s top hierarchy to allow him step aside and somebody else takeover.

Kisala who only took over from Shafiq Bisaso six months ago, has failed to convince the fans that he is the right man for the club’s redemption.

” I can confirm that Kefa has stepped down as Express FC head coach following a poor run of results, the decision is now upon chairman Kiryowa Kiwanuka to either stick with him or grant his wish”

A close source confirmed to this website.

Express has only managed five wins out of 17 during Kisala’s short tenure and they also infamously lost to arch rivals SC Villa in an embarrassing manner.

Former coach Mathias Lule is lined up as front-runner to take over from the embattled Kisala.
