Head coach Charles Ayiekho decried the absence his striker and he blamed it on the federation.

“Lack of the usual pace in the team cost us a draw against the prison side. The visitors wanted a point and they have left with it.”

Rashid Agau and the in form Solomon Walusimbi couldn’t find a way and this meant that Maroons have now gone 4 matches without beating Kirinya JSS.

Kirinya is currently in the 10th position with 10 points while Maroons FC in the 11th position, 6 points on match day 8.

Maroons will next host KCCAFC at Luzira prisons Grounds while Kirinya Jinja SS FC pay visit to Ndejje University at the Arena of Visions, Ndejje.
