Kiringente Sports Club has officially announced Sports Journalist Senoga Sinan Rajub as their new Public Relations Officer (PRO).
The announcement was made by the club on Monday afternoon via their official social media platforms.
Senoga is a by-line writer and editor of this website but also works with 102.1 FUFA FM.
Upon his appointment, Senoga lauded the club for their organization and vision towards talent development in the country,
” It’s a great honor to be part of this great ambitious team. The organization at the club enticed me to come on board and I am looking forward to getting started.” Senoga said.
” It’s not very common to find a franchise consisting of a men’s team and a women’s team as well. That’s one of the unique things I found here. My main responsibility is to raise awareness about the club as well as managing its reputation.” He added.
For starters, Kiringente Sports Club is a fast raising entity situated in the Kiringente sub-county in Mpigi district, 15 miles on Masaka Road.
The Kiringente Sports Club beach soccer team competes in the Men’s Beach Soccer League and finished 10th in the 2019/20 campaign as football and Sports were halted by the COVID-19 Pandemic in March.
The newly established female team will compete in the Buganda Regional League which is the third tier of the Women football pyramid in Uganda.
The franchise has embarked on having a professional set up and is expected to announce a new technical director, a female women’s team coach and a marketing officer in the coming days.
