Keziron Kizito starts training ahead of the Hero Super Cup

Kerala Blasters and Ugandan midfielder Keziron Kizito started training after a two month spell on the sidelines due to injury.

Keziron took part in his club’s training today in preparation for the forthcoming Hero Super Cup Quarter final slated for 6th April 2018.

The former Vipers player sustained a shoulder injury in the 38th minute as his side Kerala Blasters fell 2-1 at Jamshedpur FC on 17th January 2018.

Before getting injured, Keziron had made 3 appearances for the Kochi based franchise which came against Pune FC, Delhi Dynamos and Mumbai City. His impressive exploits earned him a nickname DUDE meaning “Dangerous Ugandan Doing Entertainment”

Kerala Blasters finished 6th in the regular season and is destined to play against NEROCA FC in the quarter finals of the Hero Super Cup play off early next month.

Elsewhere, Keziron’s compatriot Khalid Aucho was today unveiled at Kingfisher East Bengal after putting pen to paper a 2-year contract. Aucho’s East Bengal will play against Mumbai City on April 5th.
