KCCA FC have unveiled National U-17 team captain and left back Ibrahim Juma.
The teenager has featured for KCCA junior team in the FUFA Juniors League since 2017.
He was the captain as the Uganda Cubs won the CECAFA U-17 championships in Kigali, Rwanda last year.
Juma also featured for the Cubs in AFCON in Tanzania in 2018.
The highly rated teenager is the latest player to graduate from the KCCA junior team and the second after Elvis Mwanje under new manager Morley Byekwaso.
He made his debut with the KCCA senior team last year in Masindi as KCCA beat Dove FC in the Stanbic Uganda Cup at the Katusabe grounds.
He announced his arrival in style with an assist for fellow Academy graduate Sadat Anaku who scored the all important goal for KCCA in the round of 16 of last year’s edition.
He has been training with the senior team and was part of the recently concluded team camp held at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru last week.
He joins a list of players who have rolled off the KCCA Junior Team conveyor belt like Allan Okello, Julius Poloto, Mustafa Kizza, Sadat Anaku, Joseph Kizza Bukenya, Musa Ramathan and Mwanje Elvis among others.
KCCA FC has so far unveiled Yasser Mugerwa, Geoffrey Wasswa, Emmanuel Wasswa, Brian Majwega, Usama Arafat, Brian Kayanja, Derrick Ochan, Innocent Wafula and Rodgers Mato.
The Morley Byekwaso coached side has also offloaded Filbert Obenchan, Keziron Kizito, Moses Kalanzi, Samuel Kato, Hassan Matovu and Moses Aliro.
