KCCA FC sign left back Rogers Atube from Calvary FC

Fresh from acquiring former midfielder Allan Okello on loan from AC Paradou, thirteen time league winners KCCA FC have announced the signing of defender Rogers Atube from Big league side Calvary FC.

The marauding left back joins a battle to fight for a starting place with established stars like Brian Majwega and Herbat Achai.

Atube termed this milestone as a dream come true and that he has always wanted to join KCCA FC.

“It is a dream come true to join KCCA FC. I have always wanted to play for this club and I am happy I have finally acheived my dream. I know what is at stake and I have shared with the Manager who told me what he expects from me.”

“I personally know some players in the squad like Derrick Ochan and Dominic Ayella and they have told me very many good things about this club. I trust I will settle in quickly with their guidance. I want to achieve great things with this club and I can’t wait to get started with the lads. I am axcited and looking forward to the start of the new season”.

He becomes the club’s twelfth signing of the current transfer window joining Haruna Lukwago, Muhammad Shaban , Tshisungu Kankonde, Moses Waiswa, Mohammed Ssenoga, Faisal Wabyona , Saidi Mayanja and Allan Enyou.
