KCCA FC have completed the signing of midfielder Ashraf Mugume “Fadiga” and striker Charles Lwanga “Neymar.”

Mugume joins the 13 time Uganda Premier League champions on a four year employment contract as a free agent following expiration of his contract with Vipers SC.

Last season, Mugume only made four league appearances for the newly crowned Uganda Premier league champions.

The former St. Mary’s Kitende captain also featured for Police FC on loan from his parent club, where he scored three goals and provided five assists.

Lwanga also completed a dream move to the Lugogo based side from SC Villa and put pen to paper on a three year contract.

For starters, in February this year, the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) Appeals committee ordered for the immediate release of Lwanga over non payment of his salaries for 7 months by SC Villa who had breached the contract.

The young forward is also a registered St.Mary’s Secondary School Kitende student and was a key pillar for the School as they won both the Copa Coca-Cola and the boy’s football title at Federation of East Africa Secondary Schools Association (FEASSSA) games last year.
