Striker Brian Kayanja has completed a move to Uganda Premier league giants KCCA FC from UPDF FC.
This website can reliably confirm that Kayanja has put pen to paper on a three year employment contract with the 13 Uganda Premier league champions.
He is set to be officially announced as a KCCA FC player in the next couple of days.
At the start of last season, Kayanja signed a two year contract with Uganda People’s Defence Forces Football Club (UPDF FC) but with an option to move after six months if any team expresses interest in his services.
Kayanja is expected to beef up KCCA FC’s attacking department that has youngsters Charles Lwanga, Brian Aheebwa, Sadat Anaku and Sam Ssenyonjo.
He has previously featured for Bright Stars, Kenya Premier League side Sofapaka FC. Kayanja also played for Busiro Saza Team in the prestigious Masaza Cup.
KCCA FC rewarded coach Morley Byekwaso with a three year contract last week and have also agreed terms with left footed winger Brian Majwega and Usama Arafat.
