SC Villa head coach Edward Kaziba has praised his team for the perfect execution of his tactics in the impressive away performance against Vipers SC.
Ronald Sekiganda scored a late equaliser to give Villa a slight edge going into the return leg at Bombo next week.
” I am very thrilled with the way my players executed our game plan. We got a very important away goal and we hope to build on that”
” It was quite unfortunate we conceded a goal but thankfully we managed to fight back and scored one of our own”
Kaziba told this website.
” We now have to rest a bit that we have a 6 days breather and then work again towards finishing the job off”
Substitute Lawrence Tezikya put Vipers in the lead on 79 minutes before Ronald Sekiganda stole a vital point for Villa late in added time.
The two sides will meet again at Bombo Military grounds on 2nd June to determine the aggregate winner who proceeds to the semi finals of this year’s edition of the Uganda cup
