Kampala Queens Women FC are set to appoint Hamza Lutalo as their next head coach.

Lutalo is expected to be announced in the coming days to take charge of the Eng. Moses Magogo owned club.

Lutalo will replace Ismail Mukiibi who was the club’s head coach last season.

Mukiibi is expected to be his immediate assistant ahead of the upcoming FUFA Women Super League.

Mukiibi replaced Farida Bulega and was in charge of the club last season.

Lutalo has previously coached the U-17 national team The Cubs and Nateete based side Super Cubs Soccer Academy among others.

He is a former player at the now defunct Mutundwe Lions.

As a player, Lutalo was part of the Express FC squad that won the 2012 Uganda Premier League.

Kampala Queens disappointingly failed to make it past the group stages in the 2021 FUFA Women Super League played at Njeru.
