Five teams took place in the maiden U12 Netball CHAMPIONSHIP, that is Eastern Region, Central Region, Kampala Region, Northern Region and Western Region.
They played a round robin system with the top two teams, that is Central and Kampala facing each other in the final.
Central beat Kampala Region 8-7 to be crowned the champions of the maiden tournament.

Guest of Honor was the USSSA Chairperson Patrick Okanya.
UNF President Hon. Babirye Kityo Sarah, Vice president Brig. Gen. Flavia Byekwaso, also attended the event.
Each team went away with a Christmas cake, the third, second, winner walked away with medals. Central Region took the trophy.

Beat Shooter: Namukisa Sharuwa (Northern)
Best Midfielder:Attwikirize Danita (Central)
Best Defender: NAMUTEBI KURUTHUM (Central)
Most Valuable Player: Namuddu Hellen (Western)
