Onduparaka new signing Richard Ayiko who put pen to paper a 2 year deal from Maroons believes he made the right move to join the Arua outfit.
Ayiko says that he left Maroons seeking for a new chapter in his football career.

“I believe Onduparaka is a great club which will give me exposure and exploit my football career.
I thank my coaches at Maroons for the opportunity given to me but I had to leave to begin a new chapter in my career.”
The versatile defender also asserts that Onduparaka is a club where he expects a lot of competition.
“Onduparaka is a great club and it’s where I expect to have a lot of competition for a starting place but I am ready to fight for it.”
I only pray that I get settled early in the team and perform because the most important thing is to deliver.”
Ayiko previously played for KCCA FC during the 2015-16 season before heading back to Maroons. He is expected to form a great partnership with Toha Rashid at the heart of Onduparaka defence
