The striker broke lose through a shaky URA defense to Kajoba’s men in the lead in the 18th minute.
His goal sent the game into halftime with the visitors in the driving seat.
Coming back into the second period, Simbwa introduced Mathew Tayo Odongo for Charles Sempa who had missed chances and the notable one was at the end of the second half failing to convert a keeper to beat opportunity.
In the first minute of the second half Jamil Kaliisa exhibited a rare class of goal scoring instincts when let through by Nelson Senkatuka to extend Bright stars’ lead.
URA skipper Shafik Kagimu pulled one back for his side in the 80th minute by converting a penalty after Peter Lwasa was put down in the forbidden area.

Elsewhere it was pay back time also for Express FC who defeated Police FC 4-1 in spot kicks after normal play ending in a barren stalemate.
