Isabirye in search for first win as BUL host shining Bright Stars

Struggling BUL will be out to end their seven match winless streak in the league when they host on form Soltilo Bright Stars at Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe.

Alex Isabirye is yet to taste victory ever since he took over from Arthur Kyesimira. He has managed two stalemates the most recent one being a two all draw against Kitara in Masindi where Joseph Semujju bagged a brace.

Isabirye believes his side has done the homework well hence expecting victory in this encounter,

“In the past games we have been missing a lot of chances as well as conceding so much we have worked upon those areas so tomorrow we will be out to hunt for maximum points.”

Abdul Kimera, Fred Kigozi and Joseph Ssemujju will miss out due to suspension while Deogracious Ojok is available and fit for selection after missing out against Kitara.

Simon Peter Oketch, Richard Wandyaka, Robert Mukongotya and Walter Ochora are the men to inspire BUL to maximum points as Isabirye still looks for a maiden win at his new side.

Hamis Gabite, Jamil Nvule Kisitu, Benson Wagima, Simon Semayange and Ronald Ssempala still sidelined on the visitors side.

Samuel Ssekamatte Kayongo the leading scorer for Soltilo Bright Stars with 12 goals will target adding on his tally.

Joseph Akandwanaho, Marvin Joseph and Simon Tamale are the other players expected to put up a spirited fight on behalf of the visitors.

Soltilo Bright Stars is sixth with 37 points and maximum points can see them move to the fourth position.
