Onduparaka’s youthful defender Mohamood Hassan has expressed his eagerness to score more goals for the caterpillars after opening his goal scoring account on Friday 27th April in the 5-0 pummeling of Police FC at Namboole.

Hassan who scored Onduparaka’s 4th goal on the day with a thumping header off a well delivered Ceaser Okhuti corner kick, expressed his delight in an exclusive with www.swiftsportsug.com

He says

“I am very happy and proud that I managed to open up my goal scoring account. It was my first time to score for my team Onduparaka FC but also my first goal in the league. I am so proud of it and I want to score more goals.”

The former SC Villa and Express FC center back also attributed his team’s brilliant performance to the coach’s tactics and team work,

“Our performance against Police is credited to our coach’s tactics and instructions. We worked as a team and did exactly what the coach told us to do hence a great display.”

Mohamood Hassan and his team mates will return to action on Tuesday 1st May when they host Sam Ssimbwa’s URA FC at the greenlight stadium in Arua.

Onduparaka is currently 4th on the AUPL log with 41 points collected from 26 league encounters.
