Alitho has been a free agent following the expiration of his employment contract with Vipers SC at the end of last season.

The lanky shot stopper has been a relish of a host of clubs both in Uganda and beyond the East African boarders.

In a rejuvenation mission at URA, Alitho joins the other 12 new signings in the tax collectors fold. These are Ronald Musana, Salim Wekiya, Vitalis Tabu, Joshua Kawadwa, Yeseri Waibi, Mathew Odongo Tayo, Emma Kalyowa, Benjamin Nyakojo, Abudallah Nyanzi, Steven Munguchi and youngster Joachim Ojera.

Alitho has in the past played for Mbale based outfit CRO before crossing over to Vipers SC where he has been for the past 4 years.

While at Vipers, he represented Uganda in the 2016 CHAN tournament as well as the 2015 CECAFA Championship in Ethiopia.
