FUTSAL UGANDA CUP: Crown edge Yeak Kabowa to date Dream in final

The second edition of the Futsal Uganda Cup will have Crown and Dream locking horns in final.

This was confirmed after the pair emerged victorious in the semi finals played on Thursday at the International Futsal Courts in Mengo, Kisenyi.

Crown edged Yeak Kabowa 3-2 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in normal time.

Abdiaziz Abdullahi Abdi and Joel Musaasizi were on target for Crown whilst Enock Sebagala grabbed a brace for Yeak Kabowa to stretch his tally to seven goals.

Dream also eliminated Bajim in the similar fashion. The league holders emerged 4-3 winners in the penalty shoot outs following a 3-3 full-time draw.

Dream got their goals from Moses Lubega, Ssegawa John Kintu and Sunday Franco (own goal).

Sunday Franco was also on target for Bajim together with Ibrahim Kamya and Titus Ssematimba.

The final between Dream and Crown is slated for Thursday May 9th at the same venue.

The eventual winners will walk away with money prize of Two million Uganda Shillings (2,000,000/=) sponsored by Ssaka Hauliers.
