FUTSAL : First versus second as Futsal Super League returns

The Futsal Super League officially returns after three months with the second round slated to kick off on Tuesday at the Lugogo Indoor Arena.

The league first round ended in November last year with Park FC leading the table with 15 points from five games.

Park who are unbeaten and have won all their game, will entertain second placed Intercity Busega SC in the 9pm kick off.

Intercity Busega SC will be hoping to close the five point gap between them and the runaway leaders.

The other two games on the card will have bottom placed sides Aidenal Entebbe FC and Kisenyi FC at 7:45pm.

Kisenyi are fifth placed with six points while Aidenal Entebbe FC sit bottom placed with only one point.

Kabowa FC and Mengo City will lock horns in the other game scheduled as the early kick-off at 6:30pm.

The second round will run from Tuesday 17th March to 14th April.

Mengo City’s Najibu Muwonge leads the scorers’ chat with eight goals, one more than Franco Sunday of Intercity Busega and Kisenyi’s Abdifatah Ahmed Omar.
