The Portuguese tactician has put pen to paper on a three employment contract with the Botswana Premier league side, replacing sacked Zlatko Krmpotic.

Jwaneng Galaxy FC parted ways with Serbian tactician Zlatko Krmpotic when they fell short in their domestic title challenge and limped out of the CAF champions league in the preliminary phase.

Da Costa who spent one year and half at Vipers SC, guided them to the 2017/18 AUPL title and helped them finish as runners up to KCCA FC in the Uganda cup.

At Galaxy FC, he reunites with former Vipers, Onduparaka and Express FC forward Alfred Leku who completed his move to the Gaborone based side last week.

Jwaneng finished in second place on the Botswana Premier league table with 62 points garnered from 30 games last season.
