Former Maroons FC defender joins Police FC

Kapampa is a qualified Prison Warder and has been one of long serving players at Maroons. He joined the club in 2014.

Police FC have completed the signing of right back Eddy Kapampa Ssebiccu.

Swift Sports understands that Kapampa has put pen to paper on a one year employment contract with the cops.

Kapampa joins Police FC as a free agent after expiration of his contract at Big League side Maroons FC in June this year.

Kapampa is a qualified Prison Warder and has been one of long serving players at Maroons. He joined the club in 2014.

During the 2019/20 season, the roving right back was loaned to Tooro United.

At Police FC, he comes a replacement for Denis Rukundo who left the club for greener pastures at the start of the transfer window.

Police FC finished in 6th position last season and are in the Stanbic Uganda Cup semifinals where they will face off with 2016 champions Vipers.

The transfer window in Uganda will close on 21st September with the 2021/22 UPL campaign scheduled to kick off on 15th October.
