Football for friendship programme nears as travelling contingent process travel documents

The Ugandan contingent going to represent at the Football for Friendship programme in Moscow, Russia can now begin counting down to the departure date for the programme after they handed in all the required travel documents to the Russian Embassy in Kampala for approval.

The delegation which will include a young aspiring journalist Musa Abukar Mwiteneza and a young aspiring coach Lwanga Charles will attend the Football for Friendship programme in the Russia capital Moscow from 5th June to 16th June with the main aim of interacting and gaining belief and confidence to achieve anything in life.

The programme which is funded by leading gas giants Gazprom will also see sports journalist Tabu Peter along with Ram Mohammad and Victor Sserubidde make the trip as accompanying adults.
