The tournament which also acts as a qualification platform for the AFCON U-20 championships is slated to kick off on 22nd with a group A tie where hosts Tanzania will face off with Djibouti at 4:00pm.
The Hippos will kick start their champaign against neighbors South Sudan on 23rd November.

Nine countries will take part in the tournament grouped in three groups.
Group A has Tanzania, Somalia and Djibouti, Group B is made up of Uganda Burundi and South Sudan and C consists of Ethiopia, Kenya and Sudan.
