Uganda Cranes will roll out today evening in a bid to register their first win of FIFA World Cup Qatar2022 qualification campaign.

The Cranes are yet to win a game from the campaign despite having played two games so far.

They registered a goalless stalemate against Kenya’s Harambee Stars in their opener away in Nairobi before settling for a similar scoreline at home against Mali.

Rwanda on the other hand fell 1-0 to Mali in their opener before settling for a 1-1 stalemate with Kenya in Kigali.

Despite missing a big number of experienced players in his team, the Cranes head coach vowed to go for a win against Rwanda in the double header.

“With due respect to Rwanda, we want to go for maximum points both from Kigali and at home”

Micho vowed in a press conference before the team flew out to Rwanda.

The Serbian tactician will be without notable regulars like Emmanuel Okwi, Derrick Nsibambi, Nicholas Wadada, Farouk Miya to mention afew who have all been overlooked for the double header for various reasons.

Micho who returned to the Cranes dugout just recently, is yet to register a win for the Ugandan National Team and will most likely be eager to do so this evening.
