Felix Kawooya Ssekabuza has refuted claims of joining FUFA Big League side Nyamityobora FC as their new head coach.

The former Kiboga Young tactician has in the past two day been linked to a move to Nyamityobora to fill the vacant coaching role at the club.

“I have not held any talks with Nyamityobora FC so I have not been appointed as the head coach nor their caretaker.”

Ssekabuza told Swift Sports.

“I am busy in Mityana preparing my side Ntungasazi FC, a fourth division side, as we wait for our season to start with a target of joining the regional league,” He added.

Ssekabuza has previously coached in the Masaza Cup tournament with Ssingo, Gomba and most recently Kyaggwe.

Nyamityobora FC have been without a head coach since the start of season and have had the team doctor Anita Ayebare as the only recognized in the dugout.

With one game to end the first round, they are second from bottom on the Big League table with seven points.

The Mbarara based club will visit Maroons FC in the next game at Luzira on Sunday 2nd January.
