Express unveil midfielder Byamukama as 11th signing

Express FC have officially unveiled John Toki Byamukama as their 11th signing in the ongoing transfer window.

Byamukama, a central midfielder, joins The Red Eagles on a two year contract from relegated side Tooro United.

Previously, Byamukama featured for Bundibugyo based outfit Bumate United and Friends of Soccer Academy in Fort Portal.

” We all know Express FC is a historical club, I have joined the club to win titles and as a defensive midfielder, my role is to protect the back four which I will gladly do when given the opportunity.”

Byamukama told the club website.

The workaholic central midfielder joins 10 new recruits who have been previously unveiled by the Wasswa Bbosa coached team.

Denis Otim, Chrispus Kusiima, Richard Bbosa, Godfrey Lwesibawa, Abel Eturude, Isaac Nsengiyunva, Mustafa Kiragga, Charles Musige, Mahad Yaya Kakooza and Baker Sakah are the players that have been unveiled since last month.

It’s a reunion between Byamukama and Wasswa Bbosa having previously worked together at Tooro United in the previous two seasons.
